Perfumer Tricia and Misbegotten WarriorOptional dungeon boss encounter
Perfumer Tricia and Misbegotten Warrior are an optional duo boss encounter in the Unsightly Catacombs. Tricia supports the Misbegotten Warrior with defensive perfume effects, so separating the pair and removing the more aggressive fighter first is the safest general approach.

Overview
and form a two-enemy boss encounter at the end of Unsightly Catacombs in Elden Ring.
Perfumer Tricia and Misbegotten Warrior are encountered together in the boss chamber of Unsightly Catacombs, an optional dungeon in the Altus Plateau area. The fight is built around two contrasting threats rather than a single unusually complex boss: Misbegotten Warrior applies immediate melee pressure, while Perfumer Tricia remains farther back and supports the encounter with perfume-based attacks and defensive effects.
The opening priority is usually determined by spacing rather than by a fixed script. Misbegotten Warrior can close the distance quickly and force repeated defensive reactions, but leaving Perfumer Tricia active allows the support enemy to continue affecting the fight from the rear. Players who can safely create separation may remove Tricia first; players who struggle to avoid the warrior's pressure may find it more practical to damage Misbegotten Warrior whenever it commits to a long attack sequence.
The chamber is most manageable when the pair are kept from attacking at the same time. Use the room to place one enemy between yourself and the other, then punish the enemy that has just completed an attack instead of trying to trade through both targets. Summons can change the encounter substantially by drawing one enemy away, but they do not remove the need to watch for attacks arriving from off-screen.
Defeating the duo awards Ashes, making the encounter especially relevant to players interested in spirit summons and defensive support. The boss is optional, so it can be postponed if the current character cannot reliably survive simultaneous pressure. Returning later with stronger equipment, a more durable summon, or a plan for separating the targets is preferable to repeatedly fighting both enemies in the centre of the chamber.
